At Alussia, we strive to consistently create wines with respect to Burgundy’s terroir. Wether it's Chardonnay or Aligoté, we seek purity, brightness and depth through a very mindful vinification process.
Bourgogne Aligoté
Vintage 2023
Color: shiny white gold
Nose: fresh and light, tonic with floral notes, stone fruit, cumquat and a hint of lanolin. The resulting wine gives a broad
Palate: broad with a refreshing line of acidity. A range of citrus flavours on the palate – lemon, tangerine and pomelo, white nectarine, and shortbread.
Vintage 2022
Color: Pale gold tinged through with green, fading to a water white rim.
Nose: intense, powerfull and complex, with great concentration and depth. Lots of yellow plum, greengage and lemon curd fruit with notes of smoky vanilla, cream, chestnut honey and star anise.
Palate: Full, rich, intense and powerful too, but with a really fine, well defined, acidic structure. Citric lemon and lime notes, and some mineral and saline elements, but also hints of honey, marmalade and butter that lead into a long, supple finish.
Coteaux Bourguignons 'En Bollery'
Vintage 2023
Color: Vibrant and luminous golden-white with subtle green flashes
Nose: Very fragrant with tangerine, cantaloupe, fennel-aniseed, cinnamon and subtle smokiness.
Palate: Cucumber freshness backed by a refreshing line of acidity, lemon, yellow plum and a spicy cinnamon character from the oak.
Vintage 2022
This year is the first vintage of this wine, from vines overlooking the Grand Cru vineyard site of Clos Vougeot and Flagey-Echezeaux.
Color: Pale straw tinged through with green fading to a water white rim.
Nose: Well-defined notes of cantaloupe melon, pear and tangerine fruit, with elements of gunflint, aniseed, and hazelnut.
Palate: Bright, lifted acidity. The wine is really clean and fresh, almost saline, with notes of lemon, cucumber and yellow plum, along with hints of smoke, flint and lime. The finish is long, lean, pure and refreshing, and beautifully balanced.

Color: Clear robe of pale straw gold brightened by silver reflections
Nose: Citrus, white pepper and geranium flower.
Palate: Nose carries on in the mouth along with flavours of fresh stone fruits, apple, nutmeg and matcha follow through .

Color: Pale yellow with shimmering gold nuances
Nose: Intense and powerful, with baked apple and yellow plum fruit, along with notes of shortbread, oatmeal and honeysuckle.
Palate: Full, firm and layered. Rich, but not heavy, with a lovely acidic structure around apple, pear and fresh peach fruit. Hints of butter, salted caramel and black pepper make the finish long, full and especially smooth.

Color: Light golden hue with crystalline brilliance
Nose: Aromas of quince, salted caramel, vanilla and acacia.
Palate: Mix of ripe red apple, pear, quince, cashews and sweet spice from the oak. A well-textured wine already drinking well.

Organic wine from the Domaine
Color: radiant robe of pale gold tinged with soft jade reflections
Nose: Complex with scents from blossom, flint, lemongrass, marzipan, roasted cashew and vanilla.
Palate: The richer aromas carry through to the mouth with good concentration and tension.
Vintage 2022
Pale gold tinged through with green, fading to a water white rim.
Nose: Highly concentrated and deep, with lots of yellow plum, greengage and lemon curd fruit with notes of smoky vanilla, cream, chestnut honey and star anise.
Palate: Full and rich, with a well defined acidic structrure. Citric lemon and lime, as well as some mineral and saline notes, but also hints of honey, marmalade and butter that lead into a long, supple finish.

Côte de Nuits-Villages 'Aux Montagnes'
Vintage 2023
Organic wine
Color: Bright ruby red with delicate garnet nuances
Nose: Blood plum, cherry, potpourri and nutmeg.
Palate: Drying tannins with a good line of refreshing acidity. Best enjoyed in its youth to capitalise on its pretty primary flavours of black fruit and florals, but anticipate this to age nicely with spice, leather and olive tapenade characters.
Vintage 2022
Color: Bright, dark red core fading to a pale violet rim.
Nose: Concentrated, ripe and intense with lovely blackcurrant leaf and cherry fruit notes, underlined with plum jam, mocha, black treacle and spice.
Palate: Fleshy and concentrated, showing great purity. It is both supple and round with ripe, but sinewy tannins. Great texture and grip. Quite complex, dry, with red fruit elements alongside notes of smoke, spice and black tea, that lead into a long, even, finish.

Aloxe-Corton 'Les Caillettes'
Vintage 2023
Organic wine - vineyard ploughed by horse
Color: Bright & crystalline ruby red.
Nose: Incredibly fragrant aromas of bright red fruit, morello cherry and dried cranberries jump from the glass.
Palate: These notes follow through to the palate and are accompanied by ripe raspberry, ripe strawberry and some vanilla spice from the barrels. Good length and smooth tannins.

Color: Bright ruby red core, fading to a pale pink rim.
Nose: Beautifully intense with blackberry and damson fruit, with hints of gingerbread,
black treacle, muscovado sugar, smoke and dark chocolate.
Palate: Real freshness, with a good grip and acidity. There is a fine structure and texture to this, and excellent balance, with well-integrated ripe tannins. Lots of
damson, cherry and cranberry fruit, and notes of black tea, toast and
black pepper too. Ripe, but not sweet, the finish is extremely long, full, supple and seamless.
Savigny-Lès-Beaune 'Les Bas Liards'
Vintage 2023
Organic wine.
Lifted and floral, it’s a classic example of Pinot Noir from Savigny.
A beautiful density and fruit weight to the palate of this wine. Fruit-forward with blood plum, blood orange, and red berries. Its fine sandy tannins and elegance lends itself to an early drinking style with ageability.

Color: Bright ruby core fading to a pale pink rim.
Nose: Lifted, floral, delicate and precise. Complex, with raspberry and strawberry fruit, blackcurrant leaf and hints of rose petal, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Palate: the mouth is full, round and supple with soft, but well-integrated, tannins. Really fresh, with lovely acidity and real zest and vibrancy. Lots of crunchy red cherry, redcurrant and cranberry fruit lead into a juicy, pure, lifted finish. Extremely fine.
Pommard
Vintage 2023
Color: Brilliant crimson-red rimmed with vivid purple highlights
Nose: Subtle floral notes of rose and peonies, dark cherry, blood plum, cherry and smoke
Palate: Fragrances carry through to the palate. Smooth drying tannins and tension. This wine will benefit from some bottle age but is already drinking nicely for those who like a younger wine.

Color: Luminous garnet-ruby robe
Nose: Rich and complex with notes of raspberry, cherry, cola, clove and sweet vanilla.
Palate: Flavours of sweet cherry, stewed peach, blood orange, clove and cinnamon. Spicy acidity, tension and great length.

Color: Deep, blood red core fading to a purple rim.
Nose: Intense and well-defined with juicy strawberry and black cherry fruit, with notes of raisins, dates, caramel, clove and liquorice.
Palate: Full, round and ripe. Really good acidity, with nice grip and overall tannic structure, the tannins being, full and pronounced, yet ripe and supple. Plenty of ripe black fruits and hints of damson, blueberry, plum, smoke and tar. The finish is extremely long, sinewy, powerful and dense.

Nose: lifted fragrances of damson, blackberry, treacle, cocoa and smoke
Palate: The fragrances carry into flavours, enhanced by smooth but generous tannins, plush with a long finish. Very elegant and refined with a broad and generous palate.

An intense, nose of power and complexity, with baked apple and yellow plum fruit, along with notes of shortbread, oatmeal and honeysuckle. The palate is full, firm and layered. Rich, but not heavy, there is a lovely acidic structure around which the rest of the wine sits. There is apple, pear and fresh peach fruit, with hints of butter, salted caramel and black pepper. The finish is long, full and especially smooth.

Color: Deep, blood red core fading to a purple rim.
Nose: An intense, powerful and meaty nose of forest floor fruits, dried black cherries and raisins, with hints of hay, eucalyptus, smoke and dark chocolate.
Palate: the wine is amazingly intense with great power and grip. Ultra-ripe fruit, with plums, loganberries and blackcurrant all to the fore, with additional mineral elements and hints of pomegranate and cranberry. Full, round, layered and complex, this has a terrific tannic profile that is supple and well-knit, leading into a very long finish.
