Outstanding benchmark white Burgundy, produced from organically grown fruit sourced from the beautiful Corcelles-les-Arts vineyard in the heart of the Côte-de- Beaune. Rich, intense nose, with plenty of yellow plum and lemon citrus fruit, and saline notes with biscuit and toffee. On the palate the wine shows round, ripe fruit, good minerality, and a really nice acidic structure, that finishes pure and refreshing.
